SRS Distribution Acquires Slover Roofing Supply

SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced that it has acquired Slover Roofing Supply (“Slover” or the “Company”), an independently owned distributor of residential and commercial roofing products & accessories.  Founded in 2008 by Jason and Stephanie Slover, the Company is headquartered in Midland, Texas and maintains an additional location in Abilene, Texas.  Slover’s dedicated team of employees will remain with the Company, ensuring continuity and consistency for its customer and supplier partners.
