Groupe Lebel Acquires I-Joist Plant from International Beams

Dear Customers,

We are pleased to announce that as of October 28, 2019, the acquisition of International Beams by Groupe Lebel Inc. is complete. This transaction includes the I-joist manufacturing plant located in Pohenegamook, QC, and comes with all the licenses and certifications for the US and Canada including the trademarks associated with it (IB Max Core I-Joist Engineered Wood Products).

This operation has an annual capacity of 40 million linear feet of solid flange 9 1/2, up to 24 inches of floor and roof I-joist, which we expect to continue producing in the future.
