Professional Builders Supply Acquires Majority Interest in SouthEnd Exteriors

Professional Builders Supply, LLC (“PBS”) announced that it has acquired a majority  interest in SouthEnd Exteriors, Inc. (“SouthEnd”). Based in Charlotte, NC, SouthEnd provides turnkey siding and roofing installations to single family, residential builders throughout the Carolinas and Nashville, TN. Most recent annualized revenues for SouthEnd approximate 100 million.
