Goodfellow Inc. (the “Company” or “Goodfellow”) announces that Ms. Paule Têtu has informed the Board of Directors that she is resigning effective immediately.
The Company thanks Ms. Têtu for her contribution as director of the Company and wishes her well with future endeavours.
