Boise Cascade Closes on Previously Announced Sale to Woodgrain

Boise Cascade Company (“Boise Cascade”) entered into an agreement on September 10, 2018, to sell its northeast Oregon lumber mills in Pilot Rock and La Grande and the particleboard operations in Island City to Woodgrain Millwork (“Woodgrain”). The sale officially closed on November 2, 2018. The company would like to thank the Boise Cascade employees who have transferred to the Woodgrain operations.
