Woodpro Cabinetry in Cabool Acquired by Twin Oaks Custom Cabinets

Woodpro Cabinetry (“Woodpro”) has been acquired by Twin Oaks Custom Cabinets, Inc. (“Twin Oaks”) headquartered in Neosho, Missouri. Twin Oaks is a premier manufacturer of residential custom cabinetry. Twin Oaks has been designing, building and installing custom cabinets for the residential market since 1986, and currently employs approximately 100 team members. Woodpro has been making high-end bathroom cabinets and vanities in Cabool, Missouri, since their founding in 1977. “At Twin Oaks, we’re known for our quality craftsmanship, superior products and exceptional customer service,” said Bill Lake, president of Twin Oaks. Adding the Woodpro line of bathroom cabinets to our well-established line of quality cabinetry just makes sense for us as a company.”

Lake continued, “Although Woodpro will now become a division of Twin Oaks Custom Cabinets, our intention is for the Woodpro facility to continue its long-standing tradition of manufacturing quality bathroom cabinetry. Leroy, and the entire Walls family, have served the community well over the past 42 years, and we are honored to have the opportunity to continue that legacy into the future. We are excited about this opportunity and believe it will result in great opportunities for both plants. Our current plan is to resume operations at the Cabool plant with an initial staff of 20-25 employees, and to strategically adjust capacity going forward, as we strengthen relationships with customers and dealers throughout the United States.”
