Schultz Roofing Supply Company Has Joined the SRS Family of Companies

SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced that it has acquired Schultz Roofing Supply Company (“Schultz” or the “Company”), an independently owned distributor of roofing products & accessories, siding, windows, and other complementary products.  Headquartered in St. Joseph, Michigan, the Company was founded in 1935 by Clarence Schultz and is currently managed by the third generation of the Schultz family.  Schultz’s dedicated team of employees will remain with the Company, ensuring continuity and consistency for its customers and supplier partners.
