Spahn & Rose Lumber Co. Announces the Merger of Two Locations

Spahn & Rose Lumber Co. announced that it will merge their Charlotte, Iowa location into their DeWitt, Iowa location effective January 30th.

“Merging locations comes with some difficult decisions, but we believe we can better serve our customers in both communities through a single location,” says Spahn & Rose President and CEO, Dave Davis. “Through this consolidation, we will retain many of our Charlotte employees while providing first-class customer service to both the Charlotte and DeWitt communities.”

This merger comes after providing building materials and expert advice to the Charlotte community for over 25 years. “To better introduce new products and services every year, the two locations are merging into one larger, more diverse location to better serve our customers,” says Brent Schneider, Vice President of Operations.

“We sincerely appreciate our customers in Charlotte and surrounding areas. The newly combined DeWitt and Charlotte staff look forward to building customer relationships and making new ones.”
