IWP Names Jason Allen Executive Vice President

Jason Allen, an International Wood Products (“IWP”) veteran, has accepted a new position as IWP Executive Vice President. Allen has served on the IWP management team both as the General Manager of IWP Tumwater and as Sales Manager for IWP Clackamas. His extensive prior experience in the building products industry includes 4 years as the Vice President of Sales for Burton/Simonds International.

IWP’s CEO, Doug Hart, said “Jason’s experience, leadership skills and professionalism, are an asset to IWP. His contributions, past and future, will support IWP as we continue to build the best team in the industry.” Jason is excited for the opportunity, saying “Over the years I have seen IWP’s growth and development first-hand. I look forward to working with the Executive Management Team to lead IWP moving forward.”

As the Executive Vice President, Jason will direct and lead the sales and selected purchasing functions of the organization, working closely with marketing, operations and accounting. Under his guidance, IWP will continue to strengthen its position as a proactive, sales-driven, customer-focused organization.
