On May 3, Foundation Building Materials (“FBM”) announced completion of the ABC Builders Supply Company acquisition. ABC is a leading, customer service driven distributor of drywall and accessories, steel framing, insulation, tools, and fasteners, with a 60+ year track record serving the greater Richmond, Virginia area. The addition of ABC further expands the FBM residential and commercial market presence within the state of Virginia.
