Forest City Trading Group to Acquire Affiliated Resources, Inc.

Forest City Trading Group (“FCTG”) has announced that it will be acquiring the assets of Affiliated Resources, Inc. Affiliated Resources is a manufacturing, marketing, sales and distribution company specializing in the design, production and sales of proprietary branded wood, steel and plastic products. The company services original equipment manufacturing, agriculture, and industrial end user businesses. Mike Wilkins, company founder, will remain with the company as President.

Forest City Trading Group is comprised of 13 companies each having a unique set of expertise that they provide. They work with the Building Products Industry and forge strategic connections between customers, and suppliers both domestic and international.

The transaction is expected to close on or about August 31, 2021.
