SRS Announces the 100th Addition to its Family of Companies With the Acquisition of Weatherpanel, Inc.

SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced that it has acquired Weatherpanel, Inc. (the “Company”), a leading distributor of residential and commercial roofing, siding, windows & doors, and other related products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Buffalo, New York, the Company was founded in 1948 and is currently run by Frank Vacanti and Maria Wrafter. Frank joined Weatherpanel in 1978 and has been President since 1991, with Maria joining in 1994 and acting as Vice President since 2002. Frank and Maria will continue to lead the Company’s dedicated team under the Weatherpanel banner, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
