Kamps, Inc. Expands Local Presence in Florida With Two Strategic Pallet Operations Acquisitions

Kamps, Inc. (“Kamps”, “Company”) one of the nation’s leading pallet companies, announces the completion of two strategic acquisitions in the state of Florida. On August 15^th, Kamps completed the acquisition of the Jacksonville, FL location from Pallet Express, Inc. (“Pallet Express”). On August 29^th, the company also acquired All-State Pallets Company LLC (“All State Pallets”), an Orlando-based pallet company.

The two acquisitions add 65 new employees and 103 trailers across two locations. All local staff and leadership with stay on-board to ensure continuity and a pleasant customer experience. The acquired locations specialize in pallet recycling, new pallet manufacturing, and total pallet management services. These services align with Kamps’ core competencies and strengthen the company’s ability to locally deliver comprehensive pallet services. The newly acquired locations will fall underneath Kamps’ South-East region, which now includes eight asset-based locations throughout North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
