Foundation Building Materials Announces Acquisition of Encore Building Supply in Akron, Ohio

On October 3, FBM formally completed the successful acquisition of Encore Building Supply, LLC in Northern Ohio. Encore started its business 9 years ago and has built a well-run operation providing drywall, steel framing, ceiling products, and related accessories to the Northern Ohio Market through direct customer service.

Former owner, Bob Gardner, has 30+ years of experience in the drywall supply industry and will be staying on with FBM to help support the transition and manage on-going business.
