National Association of REALTORS® Announces New Chief Marketing and Communications Officer

Suzanne Bouhia, former Ernst & Young (EY) Chief Communications Officer for the Americas, will lead communications, marketing, and branding efforts across the organization

Suzanne Bouhia has been appointed Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) effective December 11. She will be leading the Marketing and Communications Group to set the vision, strategy, and long-term management approach for communications, branding, and marketing at the association. In this role, Bouhia joins NAR’s Senior Vice President team responsible for supporting the association’s CEO and executing on strategic priorities to advance NAR’s mission.

Suzanne has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and communications. Since initially joining Ernst & Young two decades ago, she most recently served as EY’s Chief Communications Officer for the Americas and co-led the Brand, Marketing Communications (BMC) function. Prior, she led communications and marketing for two of EY’s U.S. regions and served as the Americas Internal Communications and People Engagement Leader. She was National Director of Marketing and Communications for Reznick Group, now CohnReznick, and has early career agency and association experience. Suzanne is a member of the Arthur Page Society and is a trustee for the Institute for Public Relations. She has a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Delaware.
