Tibbetts Lumber Announces New Chief Administrative Officer

Tibbetts Lumber has announced the promotion of Rob Hicks to the role of Chief Administrative Officer. Hicks joined Tibbetts Lumber in March 2022 as Director of Human Resources and Operational Support. He was promoted to Regional Manager of the Central Region of Florida in August 2023. Bobby Fehr, retiring Chief Administrative Officer, has and will continue to work with Rob to facilitate a smooth and successful transition.

Before joining Tibbetts Lumber, Rob served 25 years in the U.S. Army.   In his new role as Chief Administrative Officer, Rob will be integral in shaping our administrative strategies and operations, ensuring that Tibbetts Lumber continues to excel in its organizational efficiency and effectiveness. His proven track record in supervision and his ability to foster strong relationships will be invaluable as Tibbetts continues to grow and evolve.
