Marvin Promotes Innovation Leader to Vice President Role

Marvin leader Lindsay Schroeder will support execution of company’s transformation strategy
Marvin has announced a leadership promotion for Lindsay Schroeder to vice president of strategy execution. In her new role, Schroeder will lead the company’s strategic execution efforts, translating plans into actionable initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and driving successful implementation to achieve Marvin’s transformational organizational goals.
In her almost two decades with Marvin, Schroeder has held leadership responsibilities across Marvin’s manufacturing business, including engineering, plant management, new ventures and operations. Most recently, she served as the senior director of the company’s Transformation Management Office, where she guided execution of strategic initiatives, including managing interdependencies, resourcing and governance. Schroeder also led the release of Marvin Connected Home, a first-of-its kind, award-winning automated window and door solution.
“Lindsay’s tenure in manufacturing operations and transformation has given her a uniquely holistic perspective on opportunities to align our work with future goals, ensuring we can continue to bring new ways of living to life for our customers,” said Paul Marvin, CEO of Marvin. “From her leadership on the manufacturing floor to her oversight of the development of Marvin Connected Home, Lindsay’s position as a trusted advisor and a natural innovator have showcased her aptitude for this role.”
Schroeder will partner closely with company leadership to ensure strategic oversight, alignment and successful execution of Marvin’s long-term strategic plan. She will also serve as Marvin’s strategic intelligence leader, offering insights and counsel based on industry trends.
“Marvin’s 113-year legacy of innovation has introduced groundbreaking technologies and people-centered solutions that stand the test of time,” said Schroeder. “I’m energized by the opportunity to bring new perspective to our strategic initiatives and support the company’s continued evolution.”
In March, Schroeder was recognized by the Manufacturing Institute’s 2025 Women MAKE Awards, a national honor that identifies top female talent in the manufacturing industry for their leadership and achievements in manufacturing innovation.
