Pinnacle Architectural Lighting Partners with Anthology Woods to Launch Sustainable “Renew” Linear Series
Pinnacle Architectural Lighting has partnered with Anthology Woods to launch Renew, a linear lighting series that brings the warmth and authenticity of real wood into architectural spaces—without compromising performance.
This collaboration brings together two areas of deep expertise: Pinnacle’s industry leadership in high performance linear lighting, and Anthology Woods’ specialization in reclaimed and FSC® Certified sustainable lumber—sourced entirely within the U.S. Together, they’ve created a solution that reflects both material integrity and technical excellence.
“This is not just a lighting fixture wrapped in wood,” said Kevin Strickfaden, Senior Product Manager at Pinnacle. “Renew was designed from the ground up to celebrate the beauty of natural materials while delivering the performance designers rely on.”
Renew features FSC® Certified solid white oak in five standard finishes, showcasing refined woodworking details inspired by traditional techniques. The series o[ers multiple optical distributions, versatile mounting options, and uses up to 60% less aluminum than standard extruded linear luminaires.
Key Features of Renew include:
- Regressed lensing for comfort and wood grain emphasis
- Individual length and continuous rows with unique joining features
- Direct and bidirectional lighting distributions
- Suspended and surface mounting
A Shared Vision for Sustainable Design
Anthology Woods’ materials support LEED and WELL certification e[orts, including Materials & Resources credits for recycled content, regional sourcing, and material transparency.
“Our collaboration with Pinnacle Architectural Lighting reflects a shared dedication to reducing waste and promoting circular economies—without compromising on quality or aesthetics,” said Rob Sweeney, owner of Anthology Woods.
