LBM Advantage Appoints Jason Plummer to Board of Directors

LBM Advantage is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Plummer, President of R.P. Lumber Co., Inc., to its Board of Directors.

A second-generation leader in the building materials industry, Plummer brings a wealth of experience and insight to the cooperative. Under a strong leadership team, R.P. Lumber has continued to grow as one of the nation’s premier independent building materials dealers. R.P. Lumber has ninety-one retail locations across six states: Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and South Dakota.

Plummer has also been an active advocate for the industry through his long-standing service on the Illinois Lumber and Material Dealers Association (ILMDA) Board of Directors, including a term as President. His contributions to the industry have earned him notable recognition: he was named the 2017 North American Retail Hardware Association’s “Young Retailer of the Year” and the ILMDA’s 2020 “Lumberman of the Year.”
