A-1 Promotes Robert Jardim to Chief Financial Officer

A-1 Global Holdings, Inc., a leading manufacturer of pre-engineered building components, is proud to announce the promotion of Robert “Rob” Jardim to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Rob, who joined A-1 in May 2023 as Vice President of Finance, has been instrumental in strengthening the Company’s financial strategy, operational efficiency, and overall growth.

As CFO, Rob will continue to lead A-1’s Accounting and Finance Department, overseeing planning and analysis, reporting, tax, and treasury, while driving strategic initiatives to support the Company’s mission of “Using Technology to Change the Way America Builds Homes™.”

“Rob’s leadership, strategic insight, and manufacturing experience make him a key member of A-1’s Leadership Team,” said Jan S. Beck, President of A-1 Global Holdings. “His ability to combine financial acumen with operational understanding makes him the ideal person to guide the Company’s financial future as we expand our capabilities and market presence.”

Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Systems Implementation and Design from Bentley University. His career began at Price Waterhouse, followed by 12 years at COMET, a publicly traded Swiss technology company, where he served as Vice President of Finance and Country General Manager for North America.
