Collins Pine Company and the SWISS KRONO Group Close Sale of Klamath Falls, OR Facilities

Collins Pine Company and the SWISS KRONO Group are pleased to announce the successful closing of the sale of Collins Pine Company’s particleboard and engineered wood siding manufacturing facilities in Klamath Falls, Oregon, effective August 25, 2025.

This closing marks the final step in the transaction announced on May 30, 2025, and represents a significant milestone for both companies. The facilities and their operations are now officially part of the SWISS KRONO Group, strengthening its North American presence and expanding its footprint into the Western United States.

Both companies express their appreciation to all employees, customers, and business partners who supported the transition and look forward to continued success under SWISS KRONO’s ownership.

Financial terms of the transaction remain confidential. Other Collins business units are not affected by this transaction.
