Company Expands Leadership Team bp veteran brings international expertise as door manufacturer accelerates growth

Steves & Sons Inc., a sixth-generation family-owned door manufacturer based in San Antonio, has appointed Jason Jennings as its chief financial officer. Jennings brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience with bp, where he held senior accounting positions in the United States, Brazil, and Uruguay.

A certified public accountant and Boise State University graduate, Jennings has led multi-billion-dollar budgets, implemented enterprise resource planning systems that automated process across operations, streamlined financial close processes that informed decision making, and delivered measurable results through successful joint venture audits.

Jennings’ international experience in Brazil and Uruguay will help Steves & Sons strengthen global supply chain opportunities and partnerships in key markets.

Jennings and his wife will be relocating to San Antonio with their family. While most of their five children are grown, their youngest is a high school senior with plans to study cybersecurity.

This leadership change follows the retirement of Stephen Tonra at the end of July, after nearly 30 years as its chief financial officer.
