Chris Kaminski has been appointed real estate manager. With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently at Beacon Building Products in roles including South Division real estate manager and facilities manager supervisor, Kaminski will manage Gulfeagle’s real estate strategy, site acquisitions, facility operations, and branch location planning. His role is central to supporting Gulfeagle’s geographic expansion and ensuring facilities support efficient operations and long-term growth.

Most recently a shareholder at Banker Lopez Gassler in the Tampa/St. Petersburg market, he has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America. In his new role, Stratton will lead legal strategy, ensure compliance, manage contract and risk matters, and contribute to policies that support the company’s growth ambitions while safeguarding its interests.
