LBM Advantage Hosts 4th Annual Leadership Conference at Crystal Springs Resort

LBM Advantage held its 4th Annual Leadership Conference September 15-16 at the Grand Cascades Lodge, Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, NJ. The event brought together managers from all four Advantage offices, along with three emerging leaders, for three days of development, collaboration, and team building.

The conference featured a variety of engaging team-building activities designed to inspire creativity and strengthen collaboration, including hiking with goats, a BattleBots challenge, outdoor games, and a mixology competition. These experiences gave participants the opportunity to connect in new ways while sharpening their problem-solving and leadership skills.

A highlight of the event was a full day workshop led by renowned author and keynote speaker Meridith Elliott Powell who is recognized for her expertise in business growth, employee engagement, and leadership strategies. Powell’s sessions challenged participants to think differently about leadership in today’s changing environment and provided actionable takeaways to bring back to their teams.
