Mark Kleps Joins IWP Management Team

Mark Kleps has accepted a new position at IWP as Vice President of Specialty Wood Products (“SWP”) effective August 1, 2022. Kleps comes to IWP with extensive industry experience, most recently as VP of Sales with Disdero Lumber. Mark brings excellent leadership skills from his 15-year career at Disdero and previous experience in mill sales and distribution.

IWP is planning for significant growth in the coming years in both market share and geography, which requires a strong and committed leadership team. With his history of market development, vendor negotiations, team building, and skills development, Mark will be an excellent addition to this effort, working with the IWP management team to plan and execute our growth strategy across the organization.
