Chris will oversee all domestic operations, including Commercial Sales, Supply Chain, and Strategic Business Units spanning Fixture & Furniture, Cabinets, RV/Transportation, and Millwork. His expertise will drive innovation, operational efficiency, and market expansion across the U.S.

With 33 years in the wood products sector, Chris brings unparalleled experience from leadership roles at Panolam Industries, Georgia-Pacific, and Roseburg, where he shaped major product lines in the U.S. and Canada. Since joining MJB in 2012 as Business Manager for the Transportation Division, he has led transformative initiatives, including the consolidation of Fixture & Furniture units and the development of customer-centric go-to-market strategies.

Known for his strategic vision and collaborative leadership, Chris has built high-performing teams that deliver precision-engineered, sustainable wood solutions. His promotion positions MJB to strengthen its market leadership and enhance value for customers and partners.
