Kent Bond Announces Retirement from All-Coast Forest Products

After an incredible 45-year career in the lumber industry, Kent Bond is officially retiring from All-Coast Forest Products on July 31, 2025.

Kent’s journey began at Reedsport Mill Company in Reedsport, Oregon, where he spent his first nine months learning the ropes of an industry that would become his lifelong calling.  Soon after, he joined All-Coast Forest Products, and it was there that Kent truly found his professional home. Over the decades, Kent has been a constant—known for his deep knowledge, work ethic, and unwavering dedication—not just to his work, but to the people around him.

Kent often said this was never an 8-to-5 job. It was his life. A passion. A privilege. An honor. And above all, a career filled with relationships that have meant the world to him. He considers himself lucky to have worked alongside the finest people he has ever known.
