Alpinewëst Appoints New VP of Finance

We are excited to announce that Lisa McHugh has joined our Alpinewëst Resources Team as our new VP of Finance, bringing with her over 30 years of leadership experience in Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing Cost Management, and Business Performance Optimization.

Lisa comes to us following a highly distinguished career at Micron Technology, where she held multiple leadership roles over three decades. Her tenure included spearheading multimillion-dollar cost reduction initiatives, driving process optimization across global operations, and building high-performing teams grounded in trust, inclusion, and strategic alignment. In her most recent role as Finance Director of Technology Development, Lisa led a team of analysts in supporting technology portfolio decisions and financial planning for budgets exceeding $300M annually. As an Outsourced CFO, Lisa has also worked closely with numerous clients to refine financial processes, implement reporting systems, and develop accounting teams from the ground up.

Lisa is known not only for her financial acumen but also for her servant leadership style, her commitment to diversity and inclusion, and her ability to drive change that delivers real, measurable impact. But beyond the impressive resume, Lisa’s a thoughtful leader who truly invests in her teams and leads with heart. In her spare time, you can find her out mountain biking, skiing, exploring new restaurants as an avid foodie, or planning her next adventure abroad—bringing that same energy and curiosity to both life and work.
